I am so happy you are here.

I have always been into spiritual practices, it all started about 20 years ago with a Tarot course I did with my Mum.

But nothing prepared me for the mess that came with experiencing a full blown spiritual awakening! It completely knocked me over.

And although I am an holistic counsellor, meditation teacher and spiritual healer, I quickly realised that I didn’t have any foundations in place that would help me to move through the stages of awakening, healing and taking care of a family on a day to day basis.

So as a busy mum, I needed to find quick and easy rituals and routines that worked for me. Things that would help me connect to myself, my spirit team, my intuition and what I needed to navigate the crazy I was going through.

I now feel at ease on my path, connected to my souls needs and purpose and I am so excited to help you do the same.
